Job Title: Quality Assurance managerLocation: Hybrid in Newport Beach, CA or RemoteJob Title: Quality Assurance ManagerJob Description/ Responsibilities:Seeking an Assurance Leader to own end-to-end testing assurance within a large-scale transformation program, across both technical and business workstreams.Role includes direct engagement with senior client stakeholders (CXO/SVP level).Requires extensive hands-on experience delivering testing and implementation assurance on large, complex programs, beyond traditional test management.What are the top 3 skills required for this role?Own end-to-end testing assurance, including strategy, planning, traceability, and stage-gate governance.Lead test execution, managing risks, issues, and defects.Engage and communicate effectively with senior IT and business stakeholders, including C-level leaders.dditional Information:Program spans multiple testing streams, including Oracle ERP, data and reporting, and automation.Operates within an onsite/offshore delivery model.Requires prior experience working closely with and reporting directly to C-level executive leadership.Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
