Providing service and installation for HVAC mechanical systems and building automation systems. Working in commercial offices, light industrial, hotel & hospitality, health care and critical facility operations.Commercial HVAC Install| $25.00 - $30.00 per hourWork Hours: Monday through Friday | 40 hoursWhat You Will Be Doing:Installation startup of commercial and light industrial HVAC equipment in line with job requirements and technical standardsInstall gas lines, and refrigerant piping, duct systems, sheet metal components, and related mechanical pipingPerform brazing and soldering tasks for HVAC system assembly and repairTroubleshoot installation or commissioning issues during system startup and testingKeep detailed records of project activities, including progress updates, reports, and daily field documentationRemain informed on current HVAC methods, tools, and industry advancements to improve installation quality and efficiencyBenefits:Medical, Dental and Vision insurance 90% paid for employee and 50% paid for dependents80 Hours of vacation time accrued6 days / 48 hours of sick time7 Paid holidays + flex days401K with 4% matchBereavement timeAflac insurance optionsWhat We Provide:Take home company Vehicle + gas cardCompany uniform$75 phone reimbursement per monthTool replacement programCompany paid training on equipmentWe are privately owned and operated with a positive and team-oriented company cultureCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesWhat We Are Looking for:Construction and/or HVAC install experience - Desired xmcpwfuUniversal EPA certification (upon hire/within 90 days of hire)Able to occasionally lift or carry 51-100 lbs. with a team liftAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in varied environmental conditions and at heightsValid driver's license and a clean driving recordHigh school diploma or equivalentTechnical degree or certification in HVAC or related field preferred A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully.Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
