Warehouse Personnel

Job Summary Van's Home Center is looking for Warehouse Personnel to join our team at our Auburn location! You will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing, and retrieving stock. Ideally, you like working in a fast-paced environment that offers something new every day, and have a knack for following instructions and organizational processes. Responsibilities: Receive and organize new products delivered to the warehouse Pulling and organizing products and materials that are needed daily for customer deliveries and pick ups Transferring items between our main warehouse and offsite warehouse Plan and organize materials and items in the warehouse, including inventory tasks Transferring items to the sales floor and assembling items for the sales floor as needed Inspecting products for damages and unboxing or assembling products as needed prior to customer delivery Ensuring all organizational and inventory tracking processes are followed Assisting the Warehouse team and Delivery crews as needed, under the instruction of the Warehouse managers and/or the Operations Manager Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Able to life 50+ pounds Able to be on your feet for the majority of the day Be a fast worker, capable of keeping organized and following instruction/processes Holding a valid drivers license Forklift certification is a plus Benefits/Perks: Health Insurance 401K With Company Match Paid vacation after 6 months of employment Employee discount Structured bonus schedule based on performance Opportunities for growth and pay raises Great working environment with a family owned company This employment opportunity is available at the organization listed at the top of this page.
