The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our enterprise systems, supporting both internal stakeholders and external partners.Your responsibilities will include:Work with a team on the configuration, deployment, and ongoing management of the Workday Financials platform, ensuring seamless integration with other SaaS Finance, Legal, and HRIS systems.Collaborate with Finance, Legal, HR, and IT teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver enhancements across multiple business‐critical platforms.Develop and maintain integrations between Workday Financials and third‐party applications, leveraging tools such as EIBs, Studio, Orchestrate and other Workday integration technologies.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to optimize reliability, security, and user experience.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls, including SOX, GDPR, and industry‐specific standards.Provide technical support, training, and documentation for end‐users and administrators of Workday Financials and related SaaS platforms.Participate in system upgrades, testing, and release management, staying current with Workday releases and best practices.Support data management, reporting, and analytics initiatives, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across platforms.Contribute to the development and execution of the enterprise technology roadmap, with a focus on SaaS‐first strategies and cloud migration.Your skills and abilities should include:Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience.Proven experience as a System Engineer or similar role supporting SaaS Finance, Legal, and HRIS platforms.Extensive hands‐on experience with Workday Financials, including configuration, integration, and support.Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance in a SaaS environment.Proficiency with Workday integration tools as well as experience with other SaaS platforms for Legal and HRIS (e.g., UKG Pro).Experience with SQL database technology.Experience with automation, scripting (Python, PowerShell, etc.), and DevOps methodologies.Excellent problem‐solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Preferred QualificationsWorkday certification(s) in Financials or related modules.Experience supporting SaaS applications in regulated industries (finance, legal, insurance, etc.).Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), networking, and security best practices.Familiarity with enterprise data warehousing, business intelligence, and reporting tools.Benefits and PerksMedicalVisionFSA Medical and Dependent careHealth Savings Account (HSA)EAPBasic Life and AD&D (company paid)Basic Long‐Term Disability (employer) paid-Taxable incomeEmployee paid Long Term Disability (voluntary)Company Medical Leave, Parental leave- 8 weeks full pay after 6 months of serviceVoluntary benefits: short term disability, Critical illness, Hospital Indemnity, AccidentTravel assistance programs Company paid401(k) 6 % safe harbor match, fully vested after two years, pre‐ and post‐tax contributions allowedSALARY SALARY: The estimated annual salary range for this position is mentioned below.
