Department and Physical Ed. Department (including mail, copies, filing, etc.)Complete necessary documents and forms for ISBE relating to classroom and Behind the Wheel Driver's Ed. coursesUpdate student's transcript in PowerschoolManage vehicle registration and maintenance for all driver's education carsOrder required inventory for Driver's Ed., PE, and Athletic OfficeAssist Athletic Director in creating and managing Athletic Office budgetsPrepare purchase requisitions in TTO system; pay invoices, athletic workers, and game officialsMaintain accurate and organized filesCreate memos, letters, reports, and invites as assigned by Athletic DirectorComplete bus schedule for athletic eventsOrganize athletic events, including senior recognition, season's end awards night, etc.Prepare sports schedule for media, conference participants, and administrationWork closely with athletic trainer, equipment manager, groundskeeper, security manager, receiving clerk and building manager concerning sports events and maintenance of fieldsSchedule facility calendarEnsure student athletes are in compliance with eligibility rules; maintain confidentiality of student recordsAssist with game day events, banquet awards, and other program needs as directed by the Athletic DirectorAssist in management, organization and coordination of other programs in student life.Serve as the liaison between parents, coaches, and Athletic Director with all athletic needsOther duties as assigned by building administration
