Company Description The Counseling Team International (TCTI) has been a trusted provider of employee support services for law enforcement, fire, emergency services, and governmental agencies since 1985. With a commitment to service, TCTI works tirelessly to support those who dedicate their lives to public safety. Role Description This is a contract Clinician role located on-site in Corona, CA. The Clinician will provide mental health support services, including individual and family counseling, crisis intervention, and critical incident stress debriefings. They will collaborate with emergency services and governmental agencies to address mental health challenges and conduct training sessions as needed. The Clinician will also maintain comprehensive session records and uphold confidentiality standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Individual Counseling, Family Counseling, and Crisis InterventionExperience with Critical Incident Response and Stress DebriefingStrong Communication and Active Listening SkillsKnowledge of Trauma-Informed Care PracticesLicensure in Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field (LCSW, LMFT, etc.)Ability to work effectively with emergency services personnel and governmental agenciesExperience working with law enforcement and first responders is a plusA Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
