If you have experience operating hydro-vac trucks, vacuum equipment, or construction machinery — we want to talk to you.Pay: $28+/hr (Pay is competitive and based on experience)Why AIMS CompaniesOver 600 employees and 600+ pieces of equipment nationwide18 facilities serving 4,000+ customersStrong reputation for safety, training, and operational excellenceOpportunities for advancement and skill developmentWhat You'll DoOperate hydro excavation trucks for potholing, trenching, tunneling, daylighting, and utility locatingManage high-pressure water systems (up to 3000 PSI)Perform vacuum excavation and cleaning tasks safely and efficientlyComplete service tickets, paperwork, and digital recordsFollow all OSHA, DOT, and company safety proceduresWork as part of a 2-person crew with strong communicationTravel to job sites during the week; occasional overnight stays depending on project needsMinimum RequirementsClass A or B CDL with Tanker EndorsementAbility to operate required equipment21+ years oldAble to communicate in English (verbal & written)Pass pre-employment drug screen & background checkCPR & First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)Authorized to work in the U.S.Preferred QualificationsHydro-excavation or vacuum truck experienceStrong customer service and communication skillsProblem-solving and decision-making abilityWork EnvironmentOutdoor work in all weather conditionsExposure to heat, cold, rain, chemicals, and job-site hazardsMust be able to wear PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, etc.)Physical activity including standing, bending, climbing, and liftingOccasional overnight travel depending on project locationBenefits:Benefits are available to full-time employees (30 or more hours per week).Medical, dental, vision, voluntary life insurance, and voluntary short-term and long-term disability insurance after 90 days.7 paid Holidays.40 hours vacation pay after 1 year; 80 hours after 2 years.Sick pay according to state laws401(k) eligible with up to 50% company match on the first 6% after 1 year.* Per Diem is available to all employees regardless of employment classification (full-time, part-time, or temporary employees).
