Driver

Position Overview:Progressive Mechanical is looking for a dependable and safety-conscious Driver to support our Bay City operations. This role involves transporting tools, materials, and equipment using a variety of company vehicles including stake trucks, semi-trucks, and trailers.Responsibilities:Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver and pick up materials and equipment between job sites, vendors, and our fabrication shopEnsure all loads are properly secured and comply with safety standardsComplete daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issuesKeep accurate delivery logs and follow routing instructionsCommunicate with field and shop teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveriesAssist in the yard or shop when neededRequirements:Valid CDL - Class AClean driving recordExperience with stake trucks, trailers, or semis preferredAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditionsStrong work ethic and attention to safetyBenefits Include:Paid vacation, sick, and personal timeHealth insuranceDental and vision insuranceLife insuranceShort-term disability401(k) with Safe Harbor and Profit Sharing contributionsJoin a growing team at our Bay City location where your reliability and work ethic help keep our projects moving forward.
