No on-call required.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled RN to join our Med Surg Telemetry unit. This role involves providing exceptional care for patients following surgical procedures, with a focus on post-operative recovery in a telemetry setting. Our ideal candidate will excel in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is committed to ensuring patient satisfaction through attentive care and effective communication.Responsibilities Monitor and assess patient conditions post-surgery. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including surgeons, hospitalists, and therapists. Perform daily patient rounding to enhance care satisfaction. Ensure compliance with unit policies and patient care standards. Facilitate effective communication and connection with patients and families.Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Registered Nurse (RN) license is required. Current BLS and ACLS certifications. Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in a Med Surg or Telemetry setting.
