E-Commerce Associate

*Overview* We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our online sales platforms, ensuring that our products are accurately represented and readily available to customers. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience through effective product management and exceptional customer service. *Responsibilities* - Manage inventory levels and stock availability on e-commerce platforms. - Utilize POS systems to track sales and manage transactions efficiently. - Assist customers with inquiries related to products, orders, and returns, providing outstanding customer service. - Conduct product demos and showcase features to enhance customer engagement. - Perform basic math calculations for stock management and sales reporting. - Supervise the online sales process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. - Handle cash register operations and cash handling with accuracy and integrity. - Apply retail math principles to analyze sales data and optimize product listings. *Qualifications* - Proven experience in e-commerce or retail environments is preferred. - Strong understanding of stock management and inventory control practices. - Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships. - Basic math skills for handling transactions and analyzing sales data. - Experience supervising staff or leading teams is a plus. - Familiarity with cash register operations and cash handling procedures. - Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations effectively.
