Payroll / HR CoordinatorWe are seeking an experienced Payroll / HR Coordinator to join our team in Haltom City, TX.In this key role, you will process bi-weekly payroll for ~90 employees using Paycom, ensure full compliance with federal and state regulations, and serve as the primary point of contact for payroll and benefits inquiries.You will also support talent acquisition by coordinating interviews, onboarding/offboarding, and attending job fairs. Additional responsibilities include administering employee benefits, reconciling invoices, and providing general HR support.Requirements:5+ years of hands-on payroll and HR experienceStrong working knowledge of Paycom (required)Experience with benefits administration and compliance (I-9, ACA, wage & hour laws, etc.)Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelExcellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential informationManufacturing or warehouse environment experience is a plusBilingual is a plusThis is a non-exempt position reporting directly to the Controller.
