We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical Workflow Analyst to join our team and analyze, design, and optimize IT operational workflows across our organization. In this role, you will map current processes, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and support the implementation of new workflows. You will work closely with IT, operations, and business stakeholders to document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure processes are scalable, repeatable, and efficient. If you are passionate about process improvement, systems thinking, and IT operations, this fully remote role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze current operational workflows across departments (sales, marketing, finance, HR, IT, etc.).Recommend and design operational workflows to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and save time.Identify opportunities for workflow automation using iPaaS tools (Zapier, Make, Workato) or native system automations.Collaborate with IT and systems administrators to implement workflow changes and system integrations.Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and system interaction diagrams using tools like Lucidchart, Miro, Visio, or Draw.io.Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, manual touchpoints, and areas for automation.Document SOPs, runbooks, and workflow guides.Work closely with IT, operations, and business stakeholders to understand current processes and pain points.RequirementsPrevious experience in workflow analysis, IT process improvement, business systems analysis, or related technical role is preferred. Entry-level candidates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply.Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.Experience with process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Miro, Visio, Draw.io, or similar).Familiarity with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, Power Automate, Workato, or similar) is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) or Google Sheets.
