This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-impact cases in a collaborative environment, with the added flexibility of a remote work option.Key Responsibilities:Assist attorneys in all phases of complex litigation, from case inception through trialManage case files, including organizing and maintaining large volumes of documentsDraft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, and correspondenceCoordinate and manage discovery processes, including document review and productionSupport trial preparation, including exhibit organization and coordination with experts and vendorsQualifications:Minimum of 5+ years of litigation paralegal experienceExperience with mass tort or asbestos litigation preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with legal software and document management systems
