The ideal candidate is as comfortable on a production floor managing a load-in as they are in a technical review translating creative vision into developer briefs by bridging the gap between creative ambition and technical feasibility.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the full lifecycle of integrated digital and experiential projects, from ideation and planning through execution and post-launch reporting.Oversee projects involving experiential activations, AR/VR/MR, WebAR, AI-driven experiences, interactive installations, gesture-based tracking, digital content, video, 3D graphics, immersive media, and emerging technologies.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams throughout project execution, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and successful delivery.Develop and manage project plans including scopes of work, budgets, timelines, staffing plans, production schedules, and technical requirements.Collaborate closely with creatives, developers, designers, fabricators, producers, contractors, and external vendors to execute integrated campaigns and immersive experiences.Facilitate and lead project kickoffs, brainstorms, status meetings, production reviews, and post-mortems.Help develop innovative campaign ideas, experiential concepts, and integrated digital solutions for client proposals and RFP responses.Manage production logistics for experiential activations including fabrication coordination, vendor management, on-site execution, installation schedules, and live-event production logistics for experiential activations and live events including venue sourcing, permitting, and insurance coordination; fabrication oversight; run-of-show development; load-in/load-out scheduling; on-site staffing and crew management; installation; and live-event operations through post-event reconciliation.Oversee digital production workflows including QA, asset management, content approvals, technical documentation, and launch readiness.Oversee digital production workflows for immersive experiences including real-time rendering pipelines, interactive system testing, QA, asset management, version control, content approvals, technical documentation, hardware/software integration, and launch readiness across both physical installations and digital platforms.Review client and internal assets to ensure all creative and technical deliverables are complete and optimized for execution across digital and physical environments.Track project health, budgets, resource allocation, timelines, and risk management across multiple concurrent projects.Identify and proactively resolve project challenges while maintaining high-quality standards and strong team collaboration.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors while representing Coffee with professionalism and confidence.Stay informed on emerging technologies, experiential trends, and innovation opportunities that can elevate client work and agency capabilities.Foster a positive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented working environment, especially under tight timelines and high-pressure production situations.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience in production, project management, experiential marketing, digital media, or a related field.5–9 years of experience managing integrated digital and experiential projects within an agency, production, experiential, or innovation environment.Strong understanding of experiential production workflows, digital production processes, and emerging technologies including AR, VR, AI, and immersive media.Strong understanding of traditional event production workflows, experiential production workflows, digital production processes, and emerging technologies including AR, VR, AI, and immersive media. Familiarity with AV, lighting, scenic, and technical production in live environments is a plus.Proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects from concept through launch and live execution.Experience managing budgets, timelines, vendors, fabrication partners, and cross-functional teams across multiple concurrent projects.Experience managing budgets, timelines, vendors, venue and permitting coordination, fabrication partners, AV and technical suppliers, and cross-functional teams across multiple concurrent projects.Strong client-facing communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.Creative, organized, and solutions-oriented with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required for live events and activations.
