We will count on your successful record of accomplishment in leadership and knowledge of warehouse equipment, applications, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), and MHE (Material Handling Equipment) to ensure a positive, engaged workforce and to keep our operations running smoothly.How you create impactEnsure new hires are thoroughly trained, and ongoing training is provided to all employees to ensure their continued successOversee associates, manage work schedules, and ensure attendance is accurately recordedMaintain employee awareness and compliance with QSHE (Quality, Safety & Health, Environment)Provide reporting and take part in weekly and monthly business reviewsAnalyze process improvements and rollout of the agreed next stepsEstablishes a clear communication channel between our internal and external stakeholdersMake recommendations to improve operations using continuous improvement techniques, drive cost-saving initiatives, and track savingsParticipate in or lead BRMs (Business Review Meetings) and QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews); provide and present KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to customer and business stakeholdersMeet with customer and key customer contacts to achieve mutually defined goalsSupport your team in training for heavy duty material handling equipment (heavy duty forklifts and indoor crane lifts)Complete advanced and complicated tasks requiring considerable judgment, problem resolution, and independent analysisWhat we would like you to bringBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience5+ years of warehousing experience3+ years of leadership experience in a distribution environment1+ years of experience with leading and implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies and Continuous ImprovementKnowledge of various production and quality systemsEperience in Heay Duty equipment such as heavy duty forklifts, heavy duty machines, and indoor crane liftsWhat's in it for youThere has never been a better time to work in logistics.
