The Pharmacist must accept personal responsibility and accountability for the patient’s outcomes. Must utilize effective problem solving skills as appropriate. Conveys enthusiasm and sincerity and promotes Carson Tahoe Health and its services in a positive manner to all customers and co-workers. Must be flexible to change and have the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Coordinates work flow with other team members to ensure a productive and efficient environment. Works with and precepts students/interns as assigned. Provides oversight for technical staff as assigned/necessary. May be involved in organization committees.Qualifications• Required:Graduate of an accredited School of PharmacyCurrent Pharmacist license in Nevada or eligible to obtainPreferred:Hospital pharmacy and sterile compounding experience
