Senior Conflicts AnalystSan Francisco, CA (Hybrid)LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a highly regarded, mid-sized law firm in San Francisco to identify a Senior Conflicts Analyst for a growing Risk Management and Conflicts team.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced law firm conflicts professional who enjoys investigative research, complex conflict analysis, and partnering directly with attorneys on ethical and business conflict matters. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting new business intake, lateral hire reviews, conflicts resolution, and risk management initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze new client, new matter, and lateral hire conflict submissions.Conduct detailed conflicts research, including investigation of corporate structures, affiliated entities, ownership relationships, and court filings.Identify and evaluate potential legal and business conflicts of interest.Prepare comprehensive conflict reports and summaries for attorneys and firm leadership.Draft and implement ethical walls and conflict-related documentation.Review waivers, disclosures, engagement letters, and outside counsel guidelines.Collaborate with attorneys and risk management professionals to resolve conflicts issues.Maintain compliance with firm policies, professional responsibility rules, and client requirements.Participate in the ongoing enhancement of conflicts and new business intake processes and technology.QualificationsBachelor's degree required.5+ years of law firm conflicts experience.Demonstrated experience identifying, researching, analyzing, and resolving legal and business conflicts of interest.Strong understanding of conflicts rules, ethical obligations, and law firm risk management practices.Exceptional research and analytical skills with the ability to investigate complex corporate relationships.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and business professionals.Experience with Intapp Open, Intapp Walls, Aderant, or similar conflicts platforms is highly preferred.Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $115,000 - $135,000Hybrid work arrangementCompetitive benefits packageStrong work-life balanceOpportunity to join a collaborative and growing team handling sophisticated conflicts mattersAll Should Include EEOC StatementEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.lhh.com/us/en/candidate-privacyThe Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:• The California Fair Chance Act• San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance
