Looking to continue or cultivate your career in wellness? Source Vital is currently looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Grow the Source Vital Beauty Market Showroom sales by using your creativity and sales expertise. Enjoy one-on-one consultations (in-person, over the phone or email) with current and potential new customers. Properly advise them on product protocols and regimens, making recommendations based on product catalog knowledge. This position is a great opportunity to play a fundamental role in achieving our sales growth numbers. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Greet and consult in-person with customers who come into our Beauty Market (showroom) Engage with social media influencers in the Beauty Market, participating in videos and photos and educating about our products Create social media content for our showroom highlighting our products and their uses while also following tip trends Creatively stage showroom to showcase Understand customer needs and make proper recommendations based on product knowledge Manage inventory for our Beauty Market Work with team to build and boost company’s monthly promotional calendar Assist with the creation of new marketing material Track and improve sales performance, showing growth month over month and year over year REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Excellent verbal and written communications skills Social Media content creation Active listening skills Goal-oriented Self-motivated and self-directed Strong phone presence Ability to troubleshoot, “think on your feet”, and find solutions to problems Strong presentation skills High attention to detail Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively Experience working with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Experience working one-on-one with clients in a consultative, sales environment E-commerce (Wordpress, Shopify, Big Commerce, Amazon, etc) Background in the beauty industry - working retail or educated esthetician, massage therapist, aromatherapist, etc Associate's Degree or an equivalent, relevant certification Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Application Question(s): Please share examples of your social media page(s) or specific social media content you created.
