This is a hands-on, non-corporate team that values experience, ownership, and results.The RoleLead civil projects from pre-construction through closeout in a primarily office-based environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage project planning, scheduling, and executionSupport bidding, estimating, and pre-construction effortsOversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentationCoordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teamsUtilize tools like Procore and MS ProjectDrive decisions and resolve issues to keep projects on trackWhat We’re Looking ForExperience with site infrastructure, utilities, DOT, and bridge support workStrong experience in civil construction (field, office, or both)Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or similar toolsExperience with pre-construction and bid supportStrong communication and problem-solving skillsNo degree required — experience matters most
