Job Description Job Summary:We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Construction Foreman to lead crews on residential and/or commercial construction projects. The Construction Foreman will be responsible for supervising daily operations on-site, coordinating labor and materials, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities and crewsInterpret and implement construction plans, blueprints, and project specificationsMonitor work progress and ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are metDelegate tasks and oversee subcontractors and laborersMaintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with OSHA and company safety standardsCommunicate project status, issues, and needs to project managers and stakeholdersPerform hands-on construction work when needed to support project deadlinesEnsure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materialsDocument daily site activity, deliveries, weather conditions, and labor hoursResolve issues and troubleshoot problems that arise during constructionRequirements:Proven experience as a Foreman or similar supervisory role in constructionStrong knowledge of construction methods, tools, materials, and safety regulationsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and technical documentsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage crews, schedules, and multiple tasks under pressurePhysical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditionsValid driver's license and reliable transportationWorking knowledge of construction management software or mobile field apps is a plusPreferred Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (trade school or vocational training preferred)OSHA 10/30 certificationBilingual in English/Spanish is a plusExperience in residential, commercial, or specific trades (e.g., framing, concrete, finish carpentry)
