Shipping and Receiving Supervisor

Location: Manitowoc, WI, 54220The Shipping and Receiving Supervisor will lead the shipping and receiving team to process receiving orders and coordinate shipping deliveries. This position is part of a team driven to identify, develop and deliver innovative solutions and driven to constantly improve process capability to optimize production volumes of quality parts.Responsibilities:Supervise the material handling, shipping, and receiving personnel.Monitor inventory transactions to ensure accuracy and integrity.Receive and process material orders daily, including accepting, labelling, and distributing deliveries internallyCoordinate deliveries to customers and clients daily, including boxing goods, addressing packages, and staying in contact with shipping companiesPlace merchandise in a warehouse or storage facility by boxing and lifting items as necessary and operating forklifts and pallet jacks for large itemsMaintaining good relationships with shipping companies and clients who are receiving goodsOther duties as requestedRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent1-2 years of experience in shipping and receivingStrong supervisory and leadership skillsStrong attention to detailExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and data entryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPlex ERP or similarShift and payThis is a first shift salary position with a 45 hour work weekPay is based on experienceWe offer great benefitsAbout UsStecker Machine is a world-class CNC Machine Shop.
