SYSTEMTEC is seeking a System Testing Analyst II-Mainframe for a hybrid opportunity in Columbia,SC. Candidate will support enterprise-wide quality assurance and systems validation efforts for large-scale business and technology initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and executing testing strategies, coordinating cross-functional testing activities, and ensuring systems meet operational and business requirements prior to implementation.Required Qualifications for the System Testing Analyst II- Mainframe:Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.5+ years of experience in Information Technology with a focus on quality assurance and systems testingExperience developing and executing test plans, test cases, and testing matricesStrong hands-on experience with manual testing methodologies and QA processesBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent experience combinations will be consideredExperience working within enterprise application and systems environmentsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and documentation toolsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to collaborate effectively across technical and business teamsPreferred Skills/Experience of the System Testing Analyst II- Mainframe:Experience with green screen/mainframe environmentsFamiliarity with Quality Center, SharePoint, or similar QA toolsExposure to test automation platforms and testing lifecycle toolsExperience supporting systems migration and validation initiativesUnderstanding of application troubleshooting and environmental support processesResponsibilities of the System Testing Analyst II- Mainframe:Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive testing plans, test cases, and validation documentationCoordinate testing efforts between business stakeholders and technical teams across multiple initiativesAnalyze test results, document findings, and track QA metrics and outcomesParticipate in project planning and design discussions to ensure testing standards are incorporated throughout the project lifecycleSupport systems migration activities, validation efforts, and issue resolution processesProvide guidance and mentorship to junior QA team members while supporting process improvement initiativesWork Location: Hybrid work environment in Columbia, SC with onsite presence required Tuesday through Thursday and additional onsite days as needed. Standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
