Warehouse Supervisor

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our Bay Area warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily activities and ensuring efficient inventory management. This a solid understanding of warehouse processes, and the ability to implement improvements that enhance productivity and safety. Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving activities. Manage inventory control processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Oversee the use of warehouse management systems for tracking inventory and logistics. Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Handle materials handling tasks, including heavy lifting when necessary. Maintain mechanical knowledge of equipment used in the warehouse Pickup and deliver material to job sites around the bay area Maintain company vehicles, large equipment and tools. Experience Proven experience in warehouse management or as a Warehouse Supervisor. Strong background in inventory management and control practices. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies within a warehouse setting. Understanding of materials handling techniques and safety protocols.
