SAP Consultant

Responsibilities:• Responsible for delivering the new harmonized process, data, analytics and controls within the subprocess area of Manufacturing.• Provide knowledge and experience to project activities within the Manufacturing areas• Serve as a link between baseline business leaders, IT development team and any third-party regarding software functionality, throughout the project• Escalate appropriate decision-making requirements to Project Leadership• Support adoption and change management, as well as develop and deliver end-user training where needed• Provide deployment support• Provide post-go-live support (Hyper-Care)Qualifications/Requirements• SAP or S/hanaWarehousing WMS• Bachelor’s Degree• 3-4 plus years of previous experience working within Foods or Beverage Operations.• Extensive Excel (pivot tables and data analysis) and PowerPoint knowledge• Strong attention to detail; highly organized, with project planning and time management skills• Comfortable with challenging the status quo and ask difficult questions.• Effective communicator, both written and oral; ability to articulate or demonstrate perspectives and best practices.• This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States• Ability to travel cross borderPreferred Requirements:• Challenges requirements, open to recommending and implementing changes to business processes.• Results oriented, able to complete projects on time while managing multiple priorities.• Ability to adapt to and work within multi time zones and adjust work schedule appropriately.• Ability to visualize new business processes across the PQGC organization.
