Co. is seeking an Assistant Cook Operator for our fully cooked chicken sausage manufacturing operation in Cohoes, NYRequirements Include But Are Not Limited ToRolling large carts of hanging sausages (weighing ~500 lbs) into and out of our Kitchen & Processing AreasTracking and recording oven cook times and temperaturesTracking and recording chill down time and temperaturesRotating racks of product efficiently to keep pace with our assembly and production linesCoordinating with the room supervisor on the schedule for the dayCleaning and inspecting the Kitchen and Smokehouse areas before and after daily productionAbility to work in both hot and cold conditionsAbility to fill in other key positions (such as spice blending) as neededBenefits: Paid time off, medical & dental insurance and Simple IRA match are availableNOTE: We have a no facial hair policy and no jewelry policy for all production and warehouse positions.
