VP HR USALooking for someone who has worked in Media Technology Communications companies as an HRD/VP.A high-growth international technology business is seeking a commercially sharp, hands-on VP HR to partner directly with senior leadership during a major phase of global growth and operational scaling.The company delivers white-label cloud storage, AI-powered digital experience and subscriber engagement solutions to telecom operators globally, supporting millions of users across international markets.This is not a corporate “process HR” role.My client is looking for a credible, resilient and dynamic HR leader who can operate at pace inside an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment, someone commercially minded, emotionally intelligent, highly adaptable and comfortable working closely with demanding senior stakeholders.The Opportunity:You will lead and evolve the people function across a growing international organisation, partnering with leadership on:Organisational scaling and transformationLeadership coaching and stakeholder managementInternational people operationsTalent strategy and retentionPerformance management and cultureM&A integration and organisational changeBuilding scalable HR infrastructure without bureaucracyThis role requires someone who is:Hands-on and execution-focusedDiplomatic but confident enough to challenge when neededCalm under pressureCommercially astuteHigh-energy and self-directedComfortable in ambiguity and growth environmentsAble to build trust quickly across different personalities and culturesExperience Required:VP HR / HR Director / Global HR leadership experienceExperience within Media, Communications, technology, Telecoms.Strong exposure to scaling organisations internationallyExperience supporting founder-led or entrepreneurial leadership teamsAble to operate strategically while remaining deeply operationalStrong EQ, judgement and communication skillsMust be a self starter, good diplomatic skills, but also able to hold their own with stakeholdersLocation: US East Coast preferred.
