Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs is essential to succeed in this position.Cell Phone AllowanceMileage ReimbursementExperience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs is essential to succeed in this position.Familiar with all tools required, including basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, power tools, saws, drills, hammers, etc.Basic computer/phone skills, including computer-based training, timekeeping, etc.REAL-ID compliant Driver's License (Travel ID); Ability to pass a state and federal background check to obtain access to the installation; The Handyman primarily works in residential settings, performing repairs and maintenance in vacant homes. The role requires regular use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and often involves working in non-climate-controlled areas.
