The Property Assistant supports the Property Manager and other site staff to provide seamless customer service to the residents and board members.
Essential functions:
Draft communications and documents for management, residents, and board members
On site during work shift
Manages on-going, incoming communications
Maintains condominium documents; contracts, regulations, phasing, violations, and all related correspondence
Provides administrative and customer support to Property Manager including; coordination of monthly meetings, facilitating maintenance requests, scheduling appointments, and unit owner requests
Provides administrative support to residents during the sale and/or refinancing of unit(s) and modification requests/approvals
Business partner to Property Managers and board of directors, advocate for residents
Database management for property
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Background, Skills, and Abilities
Similar experience in a fast-paced environment and a
Two-year degree preferred
Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
High levels of attention to detail, initiative, accountability, and adaptability
Must be able to meet deadlines and multi-task
Must be able to build strong relationships at all levels: team members, site staff, residents, and board members
Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience in property management databases would be a plus
Must be able to pass a drug test
