National Sales Manager

OverviewOur client is a leading manufacturer of mission-critical power solutions serving the energy, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Strategic Sales Manager to drive business development efforts across the energy market, focusing on applications including oil & gas, energy storage, pipelines, processing facilities, and microgrids.This is a high-impact role focused on new customer acquisition, strategic account development, and market expansion.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to grow market share within the energy sector.Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with key accounts.Build strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and industry stakeholders.Drive product specification and preference within target accounts.Manage opportunities from initial engagement through project execution.Achieve revenue and bookings targets while supporting long-term business growth.Requirements 5+ years of sales experience within the energy, oil & gas, industrial power, or critical infrastructure markets.Proven track record of developing new business and managing strategic customer relationships.Technical understanding of power systems, energy storage, electrical distribution, power conversion, or related technologies.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently in a customer-facing sales role.Willingness to travel up to 50% across the United States.BenefitsCompetitive six-figure base salary plus uncapped commission.Remote working flexibility.Comprehensive healthcare and retirement benefits.Opportunity to join a market-leading organization with significant growth plans.Exposure to critical infrastructure and large-scale energy projects.
