The platform scores every QuickBooks bank rule across every company a firm manages and identifies which ones to fix first — saving teams hours of manual cleanup each month.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a driven, self-starting Sales Manager to own and grow RuleHero’s revenue. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build a sales function at a lean SaaS company serving the accounting and bookkeeping industry. You’ll be responsible for everything from prospecting to closing, with a focus on multi-company accounting firms and bookkeeping practices using QuickBooks Online.Responsibilities • Own the full sales cycle — outreach, demos, proposals, and closing • Identify and target accounting firms, bookkeeping companies, and fractional CFO practices • Conduct product demos using RuleHero’s interactive demo environment • Develop and execute outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and industry communities (e.g., QuickBooks ProAdvisors) • Build and manage a pipeline using CRM tools; track conversion rates and deal velocity • Partner with the founding team on pricing strategy, messaging, and customer feedback loops • Represent RuleHero at accounting industry events, webinars, and online communities • Develop relationships with QuickBooks ecosystem partners (Intuit ProAdvisor program, bookkeeping associations) • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targetsWhat We’re Looking For • B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in fintech, accounting software, or adjacent verticals • Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and the accounting/bookkeeping industry is a strong plus • Proven track record of closing SMB or mid-market deals independently • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable running product demos and translating technical features into business value • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously in a remote-first environment • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)Compensation & Benefits • $50 bonus per new paying customer signed • 15% recurring commission on all accounts you bring in, paid monthly in perpetuity • Fully remote, flexible work environment • Direct access to founders and meaningful input on product directionWhy JoinRuleHero is free for the first 5 companies and $5/month per additional company — making it an easy sell with a frictionless entry point.
