Through The Child Care Services (CCS) Program, Parents Are Supported In Maintaining Employment, Pursuing Education, Or Completing Job Training. The Intake Eligibility Specialist Duties Are But Not Limited To The Following:Establishes rapport and credibility with customers and providers by providing excellent customer service in a professional and respectful mannerDetermines customer eligibility by reviewing the customer documentation for completeness and accuracyPerforms mathematical calculations to determine the parent's share of costEnter all data into KinderTrack System in a timely and accurate mannerEnters data into databases as directed including the Financial Aid Communication System (FACS)Maintains accurate customer files in specific order and completenessTakes immediate action to address and resolve customer and provider complaintsPerforms other duties as may be assignedQualificationsSkillsRequiredMicrosoft Outlook: IntermediateMicrosoft Office: IntermediateCalculating: IntermediateCorrespondence: IntermediateCritical thinking: IntermediateEducationRequiredHigh SchoolExperienceRequired2 years: A minimum of 2 years experience in MS Office and other data base systems.
