Salary: $50,000-$60,000Summary:Construction field Inspectors are responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities on assigned construction projects to ensure work is completed according to company standards and project requirements. This role involves conducting site inspections, documenting field conditions, reporting daily progress, and maintaining open communication with the project management team.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience in construction, inspection, or related fieldGood communication and problem-solving skillsComfortable using basic technology (email, photos, mobile apps, digital forms)Organized, dependable, and able to work independentlyMust have a valid drivers license and reliable transportationResponsibilities:Visit job sites daily to check progress and quality of workTake photos and keep clear notes of field conditionsReport daily progress, delays, or issues to the project teamMake sure work matchesplans, specifications, and company standardsWork closely with the project team and share updatesHelp solve problems that come up on-siteKeep inspection records organized and up to dateAttend project meetings to provide updates from the fieldPhysical Requirements:Able to walk and stand for long periods on job sitesComfortable working outdoors in different conditionsOccasionally lift up to 25 lbs.What We Offer:Competitive payCareer growth opportunitiesExperience across a variety of construction projectsSupportive team environment
