These positions offer the opportunity to lead revenue generation efforts through consultative sponsorship sales, relationship management, and strategic partnership development within Division I athletics and national sports organizations.Current openings include opportunities with:Cal State Bakersfield AthleticsRobert Morris University AthleticsWomen’s Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA)More to come!Position OverviewThese roles are responsible for generating sponsorship revenue through traditional corporate partnerships, multimedia assets, and integrated marketing platforms. Responsibilities include prospecting and business development, managing and renewing existing partners, creating customized sponsorship packages, activation and fulfillment, and collaborating closely with athletic department leadership and community stakeholders.Successful candidates will play a key role in driving revenue growth while helping organizations strengthen fan engagement, brand visibility, and long-term partnership strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate revenue through consultative outbound sponsorship salesDevelop and maintain relationships with corporate partners and community leadersCreate, present, and negotiate sponsorship proposals and agreementsManage renewal strategies and upsell opportunities for existing accountsOversee activation and fulfillment of sponsorship agreementsCollaborate with athletics leadership on inventory strategy, pricing, and new asset creationAttend athletic events and community meetings as a representative of the organizationContribute to overall revenue generation initiatives and department growthQualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred in Sports Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fieldExperience in sponsorship sales, corporate partnerships, multimedia rights, ticket sales, or sports business development preferredStrong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, competitive, and team-oriented environmentSelf-starter mentality with strong organizational and problem-solving skillsWillingness to work nights, weekends, and athletic events as neededWhy Taymar?Taymar Sales U. is one of the fastest-growing revenue generation companies in college athletics, partnering with collegiate and professional sports organizations nationwide.
