Account Manager FULL TIME 1301 E Olympic Blvd. Los Angeles Tuesday, September 3rd POSITION SUMMARY Children’s Menu is looking for a highly organized, efficient, knowledgeable and communicative Account Success Manager to join our team as we embark on a rapid growth phase. This person will function as the core leader of our school accounts operations and responsibilities will rely heavily on leadership, communication and ownership. PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS Oversee the day-to-day management of the expectations of our school accounts. Ensure all school requests are communicated and executed properly with our operations team and on-campus distributors. Be a daily liaison between the schools and our operations team. Ensure daily communication with schools and collect feedback while presenting a positive attitude. Lead, manage and communicate all emergency protocols with schools in a timely manner when necessary. Create and establish school distribution plans with operations team. Own all school documents and ensure their accuracy. Set distribution strategies per school based each school’s unique needs. Personally oversee effectiveness of all strategies on campus, identify areas for improvement and execute improvement strategies with your team. Possess strong problem-solving ability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Assist CEO in executing sales strategies for new account acquisition. Assist at on-campus events. Possess excellent written and oral communication skills. The duties listed above represent an outline of the responsibilities of this role. The role itself is not limited to the above and therefore requires flexibility on the part of the ideal candidate. QUALIFICATIONS Work Experience Required: Minimum of three (3) years experience in a hands-on operations role in an account management related field. Hospitality background is a huge plus. REQUIREMENTS: Live Scan Background check required. Must posses a valid drivers license ID. Must have your own vehicle to visit accounts Education: College Degree from an accredited University Knowledge Required: Strong professional leadership skills are essential Strong organizational and operations skills are essential. Ideal candidate must possess exceptional written and oral business and customer - service related communication skills. Strong knowledge of Excel a plus. .
