Job Overview We are seeking a Marijuana Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the cannabis industry and provide exceptional service in a retail environment, will assist customers in selecting cannabis products, and ensure compliance with all regulations. Duties - Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations - Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on various strains and products - Operate Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions - Handle cash transactions and operate cash register - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Stock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively - Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction - Answer phone calls with professionalism and proper phone etiquette Experience -OLCC Marijuana Handler's Permit Required - Previous experience in a retail setting, preferably in a grocery store or similar environment - Familiarity with retail math concepts - Strong customer service skills - Proficient in cash handling procedures - Knowledge of cannabis products is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to regulations Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 32 per week Benefits: 401(k) Flexible schedule Shift: Day shift Evening shift Morning shift Ability to Commute: Bend, OR 97701 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Bend, OR 97701: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
