If you know your way around vendor management and month-end close support, this one's worth a look.ResponsibilitiesSet up and maintain vendor accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date recordsProcess accounts payable transactions, including expense accruals, wire transfer reconciliations, and check issuanceManage inventory receiving processes and prepare related party accounting entriesPrepare audit support materials and documentation for external auditors and parent company reviewsAssist with ad hoc projects and additional duties as assigned by the supervisorQualificationsExperience in accounts payable or general accounting requiredFamiliarity with vendor account management and AP workflowsAbility to prepare and organize audit documentationStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft ExcelComfortable working in a manufacturing or inventory-based environment (a plus)Additional InformationHourly Pay: $22.00-$23.00/hr (depending on experience and qualifications)Employment Type: Temporary (approx. 6 months)Schedule: Monday through Friday, full-timeWork Location: Amesbury, MA (onsite)We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our workforce.
