End User Computing (EUC) Engineer

A little about this gigWe are seeking an End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to help support and enhance its end-user technology environment. This role will focus on endpoint management, troubleshooting, virtual desktop technologies, security, and delivering a reliable experience across the organization.Key responsibilities include:Manage and support enterprise endpoints using MECM/SCCM and Microsoft IntuneTroubleshoot complex EUC issues and perform root cause analysis to improve long-term stabilitySupport Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and ExchangeSupport virtual desktop technologies, including Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)Maintain endpoint security, compliance, application delivery, and device management standardsProvide high-level technical support and partner with internal teams to resolve operational challengesParticipate in incident, problem, and change management following ITIL best practicesCollaborate within an Agile environment and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesThe ideal candidate:Hands-on experience with MECM/SCCM and Microsoft IntuneStrong experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra IDExposure to AVD/VDI environmentsKnowledge of Exchange Online and/or Exchange On-PremisesStrong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skillsComfortable working across multiple areas of EUC rather than specializing in only one technologyCollaborative, adaptable, and interested in continuing to grow within modern workplace technologiesReasons to love it:Work with a broad, modern Microsoft EUC technology stackMake a direct impact on the end-user experience within a well-established financial services organizationCollaborate with experienced technical professionals across infrastructure and EUCGain exposure to endpoint management, virtual desktops, security, and modern workplace technologiesContinued opportunities for professional growth and development
