This role offers a hybrid work environment, combining the flexibility of remote work with the collaborative benefits of working in our Houston office.Position Overview:As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Resolute Solutions, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent, with a strong emphasis on engaging passive candidates. You will leverage your extensive experience in technical recruiting to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring we meet our clients' critical staffing needs.Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing & Engagement:Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates for technical roles across various domains.Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and other social networks to connect with and attract top-tier technical talent.Maintain and nurture a network of passive candidates through personalized outreach, relationship building, and follow-ups. Full-Cycle Recruiting:Manage the entire recruiting process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements, team dynamics, and the skills needed for success.Screen resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and assess candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and long-term potential. Market Insights & Strategy:Provide market insights, including competitive intelligence and salary trends, to guide recruiting strategies and decision-making.Work with the HR team to improve and streamline the recruitment process, including job postings, interview processes, and candidate communications. Collaboration & Reporting:Partner with internal teams to develop job descriptions, interview questions, and other recruiting materials.Track and report on key recruiting metrics, providing regular updates to leadership on hiring progress and challenges.Qualifications: Experience:Minimum of 5 years of technical recruiting experience, with a proven track record of successfully hiring for technical roles, particularly in the IT and software development sectors.Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and engaging passive candidates through various channels.Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment, with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. Skills:Strong understanding of technical roles, including software engineers, developers, system architects, and IT project managers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), recruiting software, and social media platforms for sourcing.
