In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting residents' daily needs while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life.Position SummaryAs an STNA, you will provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents while working closely with nursing staff to ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feedingSupport mobility needs such as transferring, repositioning, and ambulationMeasure and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, weight)Observe and report changes in residents' physical and emotional conditionMaintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residentsAssist with admissions, transfers, and dischargesFollow infection control and safety proceduresRespond promptly to resident call lightsProvide companionship and emotional supportCollaborate with the care team to support resident well-beingQualificationsActive Ohio STNA Certification (Required)High school diploma or GED preferredPrevious long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamFlexibility to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidaysPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, and reach throughout shiftMust be able to lift, move, and transfer up to 50 lbs. regularlyWhy Join Us?Flexible scheduling (34 shifts per week)Supportive team environmentOpportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents' livesApply today and become part of a team that truly cares.
