Senior Construction Cost Data Architect (SQL)

Oracle seeks a senior construction cost professional to design and govern a trusted source of cost information across Horizon, Apex, and ERP systems. You will lead data collection, reconciliation, and modeling, build unit-rate databases, and develop reusable SQL views and validation routines to enable executive reporting and forecasting. You will partner with cost management, estimating, finance, and operations to improve estimate-to-budget, forecast, and cost-to-complete reporting.
