General Warehouse Associate

Job Description We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on role at the core of our operations — you'll keep our warehouse running smoothly, ensure orders are accurate, and play a direct role in keeping projects on schedule. ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and check in incoming orders and shipments, verifying accuracy against purchase ordersOrganize and maintain inventory in a clean, efficient, and logical mannerKeep the warehouse orderly, safe, and well-organized on a daily basisPull and stage materials for upcoming projects, ensuring orders are complete and ready to goLoad and unload trucks and delivery vehiclesIdentify and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or inventory shortagesCollaborate with project and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment What We're Looking ForPrior warehouse, logistics, or materials handling experience preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to read and verify orders, packing slips, and shipping documentsComfortable with physical work — must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularlyReliable, punctual, and a team playerForklift experience a plus but not required
