As a result, our company is growing fast and always welcoming new talents.The Supply Chain Manager is a data-driven, process-oriented professional with deep experience in the aerospace industry leading the planning and procurement functions.This role is critical to transforming the ERP system into a single source of truth, driving 95%+ On-Time Delivery (OTD), and optimizing inventory performance. The Supply Chain Manager makes certain that materials arrive exactly when needed to support production and customer commitments.This is a high-impact leadership role requiring strong technical expertise, operational discipline, and the ability to drive accountability across teams. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead and develop a team of planners and buyers to meet production and customer requirementsDrive accountability, performance, and continuous improvement across the teamEstablish clear priorities, workflows, and execution standardsLead the transition to full ERP utilizationEnsure ERP serves as the single source of truth for planning and procurementAudit and maintain master data (lead times, BOMs, safety stock) to support accurate MRPOversee the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to align capacity with demandEnsure material availability supports production timelines and customer deliveryImplement cycle counting programs and ABC analysisReduce excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory while maintaining service levelsOptimize inventory turns and improve inventory accuracyLead supplier performance management and procurement strategyNegotiate long-term agreements (LTAs) and manage supplier relationshipsEnsure compliance within an AS9100 environmentDrive Lean or Six Sigma initiatives to improve supply chain efficiencyIdentify and eliminate bottlenecks across the order-to-cash cycleStandardize processes and improve operational flowOther duties may be assigned.WAYS OF WORKING, EXPERIENCE, AND BEHAVIORSAnalytical Synthesizes complex or diverse information; Collects and researches data; Uses intuition and experience to complement data; Designs work flows and develops SOP'S (Standard Operating Procedures).Technical Skills Able to clearly share expertise and transfer technical knowledge to others; Management of problem solving team; Communicates technical knowledge and expertise with customers to instill confidence.Oral Communication Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens intently to others and seeks clarification; Provides clear and pleasant responses to inquiries regardless of the situation; Demonstrates group presentation skills; Participates in meetings.Written Communication Writes technical documents clearly and accurately. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field 7+ years of manufacturing experience, including 3+ years in Aerospace & Defense APICS CPIM or CSCP certification required Strong knowledge of AS9100, ITAR/EAR regulations, and traceability requirements Advanced ERP experience and strong Excel skills Proven experience leading and developing planners and buyers Strong understanding of MRP, inventory planning, and supply chain fundamentals Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable decisions Effective communicator with the ability to influence at all levels Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-accountability environmentSKILLS AND ABILITIESComputer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of ERP systems; Database software; Internet software; Inventory software; and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint).Language Skills Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.
