Production OperatorOverviewBrooksource is seeking Production Operators to support manufacturing operations for a leadingadvanced materials manufacturer headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio. These opportunities sit within the company's Specialty Engineered Materials (SEM) business unit and support production, material handling, packaging, and processing operations across multiple manufacturing sites.The Production Operator will play a key role in maintaining safe, efficient, and high-qualityproduction processes while supporting daily manufacturing goals. This position is ideal forindividuals who enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing.Responsibilities• Operate production, processing, mixing, and packaging equipment• Weigh, stage, and prepare raw materials according to production specifications• Monitor production processes to ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met• Package, label, palletize, and prepare finished products for shipment• Complete batch records, production logs, and operational documentation• Perform quality checks and communicate issues to leadership when necessary• Support material handling activities and maintain production flow• Perform equipment cleaning and basic preventative maintenance tasks• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment• Follow all safety, quality, and operating procedures• Partner with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to achieve operationalgoalsSkills & Experience• High School Diploma or GED required• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience preferred• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures• Basic math, measurement, and documentation skills• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality• Ability to work independently and within a team environment• Mechanical aptitude is a plus• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 poundsWork Environment• Manufacturing facility environment• Shift schedules vary by location• Opportunities available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts• Overtime may be available based on production demandsAbout BrooksourceBrooksource is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating an inclusiveenvironment for all employees and applicants.
