Our associates support the brands with a wide range of services, including Finance, Legal, Sustainability, Commercial, Digital and E-commerce, Technology and more.Primary PurposeLead critical workstreams within Technology Procurement & Licensing, including sourcing execution, contract lifecycle management, vendor performance, financial operations, and software asset management. Partner closely with Legal, Strategic Sourcing, Finance, and Technology teams to deliver cost optimization, operational efficiency, and risk reduction across the technology portfolio.Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office location for this role is Salisbury, NC.Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a team responsible for delivering procurement and vendor management activities on time and within budgetTranslate organizational and technology priorities into clear team strategies and execution plansManage vendor spend, budgets, and financial processes, ensuring alignment with forecast and cost optimization goalsDrive continuous improvement across sourcing, contract management, vendor performance, and asset management processesEnsure compliance with corporate policies, including security, legal, and financial requirements in all vendor engagementsPartner with cross-functional leaders to shape sourcing strategies, renewal planning, contract timelines, and vendor performance expectationsLead and support sourcing events (RFP/RFI/RFQ), including supplier evaluation, commercial analysis, and negotiation planningOversee key components of the contract lifecycle, including intake, review, routing, renewals, and documentation managementManage purchase order creation, invoice processing, and issue resolution in partnership with FinanceMaintain vendor performance scorecards, dashboards, and reporting to drive accountability and continuous improvementSupport IT Asset and Software Asset Management (ITAM/SAM), including compliance, optimization, and audit readinessHire, coach, and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous growthQualifications10+ years of progressive experience in technology, procurement, vendor management, or related functions with strong delivery results3+ years of experience leading, mentoring, or influencing team membersBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)Strong financial acumen, including experience managing budgets, vendor spend, and cost optimization initiativesEffective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiencesDemonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and drive measurable outcomesProven leadership capability, including coaching, team development, and performance managementAbility to translate business needs into sourcing strategies, vendor models, and financial decisionsPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in a related fieldCertifications in procurement, contract management, vendor management, or project managementExperience supporting enterprise-scale technology or digital transformation programsExperience operating in large, complex organizations (retail or similarly scaled environments preferred)NC Salary Range:$139,120 - $208,680Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions.
