As a member of the Clinical Recruiting team you will partner with our clinical leaders to hire providers who deliver exceptional care to our patients both in-office and virtually across the nation. This includes our amazing Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants among others. You will own searches for markets across the country, implement strategies to problem solve, and develop a strong candidate pool through creative sourcing techniques. You will have autonomy and ownership over all things recruiting including developing and driving the talent strategy, using data to continuously improve, and closing candidates.If you are driven by helping others succeed, passionate about perfecting your craft, and looking for an opportunity to meaningfully and materially improve consumer healthcare, we would love to connect with you.What you'll work onManage candidates throughout hiring processDevelop networks of people to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidatesConduct initial phone screens, set expectations about the particular role and process, and effectively position One MedicalHave effective pre offer calls and offer calls (where appropriate)Develop strong relationships with candidates and act as a partner and advocate throughout hiring processManage and partner with Hiring ManagersWork with hiring managers to partner on talent search - obtain needed information to execute req, provide timely updates, and advice on needs to close candidatesActively iterate with internal stakeholders and recruiting team to continually improve recruitment and hiring processesBe an advocate for candidates/stakeholders and give feedback when neededManage administrative process for full-cycle recruitingEnsure necessary paperwork is completed to manage full-cycle recruiting, this may include but is not limited to ensuring that interviewers submit feedback, managing offer process, conducting reference checks, assisting with the immigration processProvide constructive performance feedback on all recruiting sources and toolsWhat you'll have5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, which must include 3+ years' experience sourcing (high-sourcing / low-volume), and 2+ years experience independently closing candidatesExperience with Greenhouse ATSRecruiting experience in Healthcare and or Health Tech industriesDisplay a proven ability to think critically and problem-solve to develop scalable and maintainable solutionsDemonstrate exceptional administrative skills - have high detail-orientation, and never let things fall through the cracksHave unwavering drive to deliver a candidate-first experienceShow evidence of hitting stretch hiring goals over multiple requisition typesPush yourself and helps others achieve resultsAttentively listen to others and adjust to fit the audience and the messageShow consistency between words and actions; gaining the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticityReadily tackle tough assignments and face difficult issues and supports others who do the sameEEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
