There will be off site travel to our other locations ranging from Sherman Oaks, Pasadena, Downey, and Long Beach. The Medical Office Assistant will be responsible for performing administrative and patient focused tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the medical office. Duties include scheduling appointments, handling phone inquiries, verifying insurance information, and maintaining patient records. Additionally, the role involves assisting with general office management to support the team in providing exceptional care to patients.QualificationsStrong Phone Etiquette and Appointment Scheduling skillsProficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks and office organizationAbility to communicate effectively and professionally with patients and team membersExperience in a medical office or healthcare setting is a plusAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in medical administration is an advantageSpanish speaking preferred
