Mercor is looking for contributors to support a Frontier Code Agents project in collaboration with a leading AI research lab. The role involves evaluating and improving frontier AI coding models through hands-on technical assessments.
Candidates will utilize AI coding agents to carry out and assess complex engineering tasks, identify bugs, and evaluate designs. Experience with distributed systems is required, along with a capability to build scalable, performance-critical systems.
