In this role, you will take part in the development and implementation of next-generation flight control algorithms, contributing to innovative aerospace systems that push technological boundaries. Join our dynamic and collaborative Flight Sciences group and be part of shaping the future of autonomous flight and guidance technologiesIn this role you willDesign, model, and implement flight control and guidance algorithms for aircraft and UAV systemsConduct research and simulation activities related to estimation, navigation, and optimal controlWork with Matlab, Simulink, and 6DOF simulation environments to validate control solutionsCollaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams across the Aerospace DivisionSupport flight testing, data analysis, and performance evaluationRequirementsMaster's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related Engineering fieldKnowledge and hands-on experience in flight control system design and implementationExperience with estimation methods such as Kalman filters and optimal control theory (H∞, LQR) - advantageExperience with terminal guidance algorithms - advantageFamiliarity with Matlab, Simulink, and programming languages such as C/C++Fluent in English and Hebrew, both written and spokenExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a teamOnly relevant applications will be answered#Haifa
