In this hands-on role, you'll assist with all aspects of apartment rehab and value-add projects-helping to modernize units and increase property value. From installing appliances and fixtures to performing minor carpentry and demolition, you'll work closely with Project Managers to keep renovation projects on track and running smoothly.
