Role Description This is a full-time, on-site General Manager role located in Newtown, PA. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving financial performance, and fostering a positive work environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, supervising inventory and operational activities, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. The General Manager will also play a key role in developing team members, implementing company policies, and building community engagement. Qualifications Team leadership and management skills, with experience in leading, inspiring, and developing staffStrong operational expertise, including inventory management, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with safety standardsCustomer experience and service orientation, with a focus on delivering a positive and outstanding guest experienceCommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships within the team and the communityProblem-solving and decision-making abilities to effectively address operational challengesCapable of working in a fast-paced environment and maintaining a high standard of organizationPrior experience in hospitality, restaurant, or retail management is preferredBachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus
